Project Proposal to Study the Urban Commercial Cultural Network
Capital City Commerce & Urban Planning Design Academy is undertaking a study of China's urban social commercial development networks with collaboration from other researchers and institutions, including Wang Xi Lai , the 10000 Noritake, Wong Kwok-hung, HU Zhao-liang, Yang Wu Yang, Dong Devices, Li Xi-Hua, Chai Xiaoqing, Cao Wei Shen Chi, Chen, and, Li Shuyou, Wang Jianhua, Li Shirong, and others who possess hands-on theoretical and practical experience in the recent rapid growth of Chinese urban centers. It is the goal of this study to script an equation denoting the network, now largely invisible, which lies between cultural and commercial urban development.
Such an equation would help explain the self-sustaining nature of certain urban centers while also postulating the demise of others.Such an equation would also aid in creating value that could grow longer and in a more predictable way. We hope that such an endeavor will enrich the professional services we continue to offer to local governments wishing to better engineer and understand urban growth. 。
